Acceptable Use Policy

Strictly prohibited

• Unsolicited bulk consumer email (B2C spam)
• Sending to purchased / scraped lists without prior consent
• Phishing, credential harvesting, malware distribution
• Promoting illegal goods or services
• Adult content, gambling, or regulated industries without prior approval
• Falsifying sender identity or header information
• Ignoring or stripping unsubscribe links
• Sending in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or local equivalent

Sender hygiene requirements

• You must own or be authorized to send from connected mailboxes
• You must have a valid business reason to contact each recipient
• You must include identifying information (company, address) in emails
• You must honor unsubscribes within 24 hours (we automate this)

Enforcement

We monitor bounce rates, complaint rates, and content. Accounts exceeding 5% bounce rate or 0.3% complaint rate are auto-paused for review. Repeat violations lead to permanent suspension without refund.
