Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Sendlyst.

The service

Sendlyst is a cold email and sales engagement platform. You connect mailboxes, upload contacts, build sequences, and send email. We provide infrastructure, automation, and analytics.

Acceptable use

You may use Sendlyst only for legitimate B2B outbound. See our Acceptable Use Policy for prohibited activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate it.

Subscription & billing

Plans renew monthly or annually. Cancel anytime — your account stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds within 14 days of first payment.

Data ownership

You own your data. We process it on your behalf as outlined in the DPA.

Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Status at status.sendlyst.com. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48h ahead.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendlyst's total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may suspend immediately for AUP violations or non-payment.

Governing law

Delaware, United States. Disputes resolved via binding arbitration.
