What we collect
Account data (email, name, company), billing data, inbox connection metadata (provider, mailbox address — never password content), lead data you upload, and product usage analytics.
What we don't collect
We do not read your inbox content beyond what's required to forward replies and track engagement events. We do not sell or share your lead data with any third party.
How we use data
To deliver the service, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, and improve the product. That's it.
Your rights
Access, export, correction, deletion — request any of these at privacy@sendlyst.com. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. After deletion, we purge within 30 days except where retention is legally required.
Sub-processors
Available on request. We use enterprise hosting, payment processing, customer support, and email infrastructure providers under DPA.
